					<description>the street cleaner thingy sucks up all the sand and shit while spraying water on the street to keep the dust down, then he dumps it, then that sandy crap is filtered and sifted, then stored in those sand dome thingys until winter, where the sand is put back on the road. 
 we have 2 of them @ work, and i drive by the dirty sand pile in the yard everyday...
